Never Say Never There is no such thing as no chance. Don’t think about the things you can’t do. Think about the things you can do. No matter what the level of your ability is, you have more potential than you can ever develop in a lifetime. You have powers you never dreamed of. You can do things you never thought you could do. There are no limitations to what you can do except the limitations of your own mind. Your range of available choices right now is limitless. Look at things as they can be. Action Is Required If You Want To Be Successful The only way to start to improve your life is to start. Once you’re sure you’re on the right road there is no need to plan your journey too far ahead. Don’t burden yourself with doubts and fears as to the obstacles that may bar your progress. You can only take one step at a time. You don’t need to know all the answers in advance. Just maintain a clear idea of the goal you want to reach and the answers will come in their own time. If you can get up the courage to begin, you’ll have the courage to succeed. It’s the job you never start that takes the longest to finish. Go after what you want and you’ll get it. Eighty percent of success is showing up. It Takes Persistence To Reach A Goal “Keep trying” is the rule that must be followed to be successful at anything. Your success will always be connected with your actions. Just keep moving towards your goal. You’ll make mistakes but don’t ever quit. You may even have to hang on after others have let go. Persistence means taking pains to overcome every obstacle, to do all that’s necessary to reach your goal. In the end, the only people who fail are those that do not try. All great achievement takes time. (Reprinted with permission, Sam Maitz, Director of Marketing Technology, Leadership Management® International, Inc.)

Always Do Your Best At Everything Make it your life rule of living to always do your best. It’s your constant effort to be first-class in everything you attempt that will help you conquer the heights of excellence. Let superiority become your trademark. Do a little more each day than you think you possibly can. There is always a best way of doing everything. Find it. Do a little more than average and from that point on your progress multiplies itself out of all proportion to the effort you put out. Do more than you’re supposed to do and you can have or be or do anything you want. If you want to enjoy enduring success, travel a little in advance of the rest of the world. Your greatness will come from being great in the little things. (Reprinted with permission, Sam Maitz, Director of Marketing Technology, Leadership Management® International, Inc.)

Do The Next Thing Keeping a little ahead of conditions is one of the secrets of business. The time to repair your roof is when the sun is shining. Do things before they need to be done. Let your advance worrying become advance thinking and planning. Position yourself ahead of time in the best place for you. You’ll gain the advantage in any situation through the medium of time. When you think ahead of any approaching action you’ll always have the advantage. You’ll be the winner. When you do what is necessary, all the odds are in your favor to attain the success you seek. What Are You Doing Now We learn from the past, we plan for the future, but all we do is what we do today. What steps are you going to take today on your journey to reach your goals. Ask yourself this question, “In what I am doing now, is it taking me closer to or farther from my goals?” A simple question can make a small difference in what we do today. What you do today will make a big difference in where you end up tomorrow. (Reprinted with permission, Sam Maitz, Director of Marketing Technology, Leadership Management® International, Inc.)

Business Motivation – May 16, 2011

You Are What You Repeatedly Do First you make your habits, and then your habits make you. You become a slave to your constantly repeated acts. What at first you choose, at last compels. Your habits are either the best of servants or the worst of masters. Your thoughts lead you on to a purpose, your purposes go forth in action. Your actions form your habits. Your habits determine your character, and your character fixes your destiny. Once in motion, a pattern stays in motion. You Can, Because You Think You Can Believe in yourself. Know in your heart, that you can do the job you’ve set out to do. Your dreams will come true, if you have the desire to pursue them. You’re never given a wish without also being given the power to make it come true. The achievement of your goal is assured the moment you commit yourself to it. Everything is possible, if you believe it’s possible. It’s your mind that sets your limits. What you envision you can do, you can do. Start thinking of yourself as a success and success will follow. Success is a state of mind. You have the power, if you have the desire. (Reprinted with permission, Sam Maitz, Director of Marketing Technology, Leadership Management® International, Inc.)

People With Goals Succeed There is no achievement without goals. A set definite objective must be established if you are to accomplish anything in a big way. The first step to getting the things you want out of life is this: decide what you want. The world will turn aside to let you pass if you know where you’re going. Goals give you a starting place and a destination. You’ll be able to determine what it will cost you to get there and you’ll be going someplace. Determine what you want. Decide on your major objectives, targets, and destination. You can plant your own dream with a goal. Everything Is Possible If You Believe There are no real barriers to your success. You must simply overcome any doubts you have about your ability. Your self image prescribes the limits for your accomplishments. It prescribes the area of what is possible for you. Don’t be afraid of living. Believe that life is worth living and you will create that fact around you. If you see yourself as prosperous, you will be. If you see yourself as broke, that is exactly what you will be. You will never succeed until you believe you can succeed. You can be who you want to be.
