Vision Is The Art Of Seeing Invisible Things You don’t need an explanation for everything. Recognize that there are such things as miracles, events for which there are no explanations. Later, knowledge may explain those events quite easily. The fact that you can plant a seed and it becomes a flower, share a bit of knowledge and it becomes another’s, smile at someone and receive a smile in return are common miracles. Your duty to yourself is to believe that for which you have sufficient evidence, and to suspend your judgment when you have not. Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. Some things have to be believed to be seen. Don’t believe in miracles, depend on them. It’s Never Over Until You Say It’s Over The power to hold on in spite of everything, to endure, this is the quality of a winner. Your greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising every time you fail. It’s your constant and determined effort that will eventually break down all resistance and sweep all the barriers before you. Persistence means taking pains to overcome every obstacle, to do all that’s necessary to reach your goal. All great achievements require time. Endurance is the crowning quality of success. It Takes Persistence To Reach Your Goal “Keep trying” is the rule that must be followed if you want to be successful at anything. Your success will always be connected with your actions. Just keep moving towards your goal. You’ll make mistakes along the way but don’t ever quit. You may even have to hang on after others have let go. Persistence means taking pains to overcome every obstacle, to do all that’s necessary to reach your goal. In the end, the only people who fail are those that do not try. All great achievements takes time. (Reprinted with permission, Sam Maitz, Director of Marketing Technology, Leadership Management® International, Inc.)

You Can Live Your Dream You have to make your own opportunities. Your future is not a matter of chance. It’s a matter of the choices you make. It’s not something you wait for. It’s something you must actively pursue. Don’t wait for extraordinary opportunities. Seize common occasions and make them great. Opportunity can come disguised in the form of misfortune, or temporary defeat. Start today, right where you are. Distant fields will always appear greener. Yet, golden opportunities are all around you. You can live a great dream. (Reprinted with permission, Sam Maitz, Director of Marketing Technology, Leadership Management® International, Inc.)

Love What You Do, Or Do Something Else You’ll never achieve real success unless you like what you’re doing. No one has ever succeeded in a line of endeavor which they did not like. Your chances of success are directly proportional to the degree of pleasure you derive from what you do. If you’re in a job you hate, face the fact squarely and get out. It’s better to be a failure in something you love, than attempting to be a success in something you don’t. Don’t set compensation as a goal. Find the work you love, and the compensation will follow. The more you love what you are doing, the more successful it will be for you. (Reprinted with permission, Sam Maitz, Director of Marketing Technology, Leadership Management® International, Inc.)

Every Winner Has Scars Life is made up of a series of experiences. Each one will make you stronger, even though it may be hard for you to realize it at the time. Life is your classroom in which you’re being tested, tried, and passed. Always try to stay in the midst of life and activity. Don’t isolate yourself from the action. Your character develops itself in the stream of life. The setbacks and hardships you endure actually help you in your march forward to success. The world was built to develop your character. Life expects you to make progress in reasonable time. That’s why those elementary school chairs are so small. Your Goals Will Lead You To Success If you have correct goals, and you keep pursuing them the best way you know how, everything else will fall into line. If you do the right thing right, you’re going to succeed. You are what and where you are today because you first imagined it. Knowing where you want to go is all you need to get there. Just return over and over to that picture in your mind of the place you are headed for. The first essential element of success is to know what you want. Your Future Is A Big Adventure Prepare for your future, don’t live in the past. Savor your good memories, and use any bad ones as lessons in life. You need to focus on your future not on your past. Carve out a niche for yourself in your imagined future. Think, feel and see yourself as successful. To achieve any goal in life, you need to project your end result. Think of the elation, the satisfaction, the joy you’ll feel when you reach your goal. Carry these ecstatic feelings with you every day and they’ll bring your desired goals into view. Sooner or later, you can win, if you think you can. The cards you are dealt in life are less important than the way you play them. Everyday you’re offered a new deal and new cards. Success is out there for you. Don’t wait for it to come to you, go out and find it. Choose Your Environment With Care Your own positive energy will compel things to turn out the way you desire when you’re surrounded by positive people. Your environment is your mental feeding ground from which the food that goes into your mind is extracted. Choose your environment with care, one that is positive, one that lifts you up and gives you wings to soar. Create favorable conditions through your association with others. Avoid people who belittle your ambition. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great. We shape our buildings, thereafter they shape us. It’s your friends that make your world. (Reprinted with permission, Sam Maitz, Director of Marketing Technology, Leadership Management® International, Inc.)

Riches Lie Within You Wealth without enjoyment is little consolation. Your real riches in life are riches of the head and heart. Satisfaction comes when you appreciate what you have. While success is getting what you want, true happiness is wanting what you get. It’s not how much you have, but how much you enjoy that truly matters. Riches lie within you, not in your material possessions. (Reprinted with permission, Sam Maitz, Director of Marketing Technology, Leadership Management® International, Inc.)
